Services Provided Masaha provides portable storage solutions, including delivery, pick-up, and storage of portable storage units. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into a contract to use our Services. Registration and Account To use our Services, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account. Payment Terms Fees and payment terms will be detailed in your service agreement or invoice. Payments must be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Delivery and Pick-Up You must provide accurate information regarding the location for delivery and pick-up of storage units. Additional fees may apply for changes to delivery or pick-up locations or dates. Use of Storage Units Storage units must be used solely for storage purposes. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, and other items restricted by law. You must ensure the storage unit is properly locked and secured at all times. Insurance and Liability We recommend you obtain insurance for your stored items. Masaha is not responsible for any loss or damage to your items except as caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Termination of Service Either party can terminate the service agreement by providing notice as stated in the agreement. Upon termination, you must remove your items from the storage unit within the specified period, or additional fees may apply. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be noted. Continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
